Yes. VoltSecure is BAFE SP203-1 accredited (registration 303517), covering the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems for commercial premises.
BS 5839-1 recommends servicing by a competent person at least every six months. Weekly tests of a manual call point by the responsible person are also required.
Yes. VoltSecure designs and installs all three system types — conventional for smaller sites, addressable for larger or multi-zone buildings, and wireless where cable routing is impractical or for heritage sites.
Yes. We carry out a handover survey to verify compliance, document the system, and either take over the existing service regime or recommend remedial work before the next inspection.
